Quality Policy

Global Riser aims to become the industry leader in Marine Drilling Riser maintenance, inspection, repair and preservation. To do this, Global Riser will attain and consistently provide outstanding product and service quality to its customers.

In order to achieve the above goal, the company will maintain an effective Quality Management System based upon the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and API Q1 and Q2. In particular, the company will operate with the following objectives:

1. We ensure that all employees are aware of the Quality Policy and are committed to the effective implementation of the Quality Management System and supports its strategic direction;
2. We hire employees who are performance orientated and provide them with appropriate training and systems to ensure their competence always meets the company’s requirements and exceeds those of the customer;
3. We ensure flexibility of our services allowing provision thereof where the customer requires them;
4. We implement a set of comprehensive procedures, regulating all services offered by the Company, thereby ensuring a consistently high quality of service;
5. We provide a work environment and facilities which allow our service to be consistently, safely and expertly carried out, whether in our fixed facilities, or in the field;
6. We encourage all employees to identify problems and make suggestions to improve all aspects of the company’s products/services and business processes;
7. We monitor and measure the effectiveness of our business processes and objectives through Management Reviews and Internal Audit Processes and provides a framework for setting Quality Objectives;
8. We analyse the causes of any complaint or problem and take appropriate action to prevent recurrence.

The continual improvement of the effectiveness of the company’s Quality Management System is fundamental to the success of its business and must be supported by all employees as an integral part of their daily work.
