By engaging any email, document, website or other literature (hereafter ” the / this / a / any / document”) of First Subsea Services (Pty) Ltd and/or Global Riser (Pty) Ltd and/or Global Riser S.L. and/or Global Riser Pvt. Ltd. and/or any other division, subsidiary or affiliate of these companies (hereafter “the Company”), you as the reader/viewer/recipient (hereafter “the recipient”) do so subject to the terms of this Confidentiality Policy, which constitutes an agreement between the recipient and the Company.
In this regard: this agreement is between the Company and any recipient who from time to time shall access any document issued by the Company, whether directly or indirectly through any other party. The recipient’s access to such document evidences their agreement to the terms and conditions of this Confidentiality Policy as set out below. The Company may amend the terms of this policy at any time by posting a revised version on our website. The revised version will be effective from the time that the Company posts it.
