Personnel undergo theoretical and practical training, developed by our dedicated training department that incorporates workshops, on-line courses and in-house training sessions held at our purpose built training facility, where-after they are assessed. When successful, they are deemed QUALIFIED.
Once QUALIFIED, personnel will gain experience in the field and accumulate a prescribed volume of hours. Thereafter they are tested to assess their ability to carry out the skill compliantly. Once successful, the are certified as COMPETENT.
Once personnel are both QUALIFIED and COMPETENT, they are AUTHORISED by GLOBAL RISER to use the skill-set on behalf of GLOBAL RISER.
